Problem
This year Atticus said there was a stock market crash.
He said until the get back up we will be running low on food and money,
so we was gonna have to save some food and wouldn't be able to use the money.

The Lawyer
Recently the other kids in school have been giving Sout and I a hard time and calling Atticus a nigger lover. At first we didn't know what they were talking about but when Scout asked him he said we will have a hard time because he was defending Tom Robinson, and we was gonna just have to deal with it. The other day Scout almost got into a fight with Cecil Jacobs because he called Atticus a nigger lover, its really been hard to not listen to what people.

School
One more day until our summer is over. Dill went back to Meridian yesterday.
Now I'm stuck here with Attitucus and Scout. I'm going to be in the 5th grade,
Scout is going to the 1st. Since she is in a younger grade she gets out earlier than
the older kids.

Radley's Place
Today me and Dill made a bet that I wouldn't walk and touch the Radley's
door. At first i didnt have anything to prove to Dill but then he started to
say that I was scare. To be honest I was but i didnt want Dill to find out.
So we walked down to the Radleys place and I raced to their front door,
as scared as I was i touched it. I quickly ran passed the fence to leave the
yard.
